All you want to do is connect two systems. You don't want to have to pay for an agency to overbill you. You don't want to spend hours in a "revolutionary" no-code workflow builder. You want integrations that work out of the box and can still be adjusted if needed.

The worst platforms are slow, broken, haven't changed and continuously raising prices. They have you locked and know it will take a migration to get off it. Think SPS Commerce, SAP, Net Suite.
